By subscribing to the NoCa Notions Club through Nola Camille, members agree to a recurring monthly subscription fee of $34.00, automatically billed each month unless canceled. Each monthly shipment includes 2–6 handcrafted ceramic buttons curated as part of an exclusive surprise collection. Members needing additional quantities for larger projects may contact Nola Camille directly for availability and separate pricing. Monthly collection previews may be shared in advance, and members may choose to skip a month by notifying Nola Camille no later than one week before the final day of the current month; skip requests received after this deadline will apply to the following month. Subscription cancellations must also be submitted by this deadline to avoid the next billing cycle. You’re welcome to pause your subscription, but after 2 consecutive months of pause, we’ll reach out to offer a chance to restart before opening your spot to someone on the waitlist. All subscription payments are final, and no refunds will be issued except in cases of verified shipment damage or fulfillment errors. Due to the handmade nature of each ceramic button, variations in size, shape, glaze, texture, and hole placement are expected and are considered part of the artistic process rather than defects. Shipments are available within the United States only, and members are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. While every effort is made to package orders securely, Nola Camille is not responsible for postal delays or circumstances beyond its control. If an order arrives damaged, members must notify Nola Camille within 7 days of delivery and provide photo documentation for consideration of replacement, store credit, or refund at Nola Camille’s discretion. NoCa Notions Club buttons are designed to be functional, sewing-safe, and suitable for garment, textile, and fiber art applications, though members are responsible for proper attachment and care. All designs are exclusively curated by Nola Camille, and specific colors or themes cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly announced. All button designs, branding, and related creative content remain the intellectual property of Nola Camille and may not be reproduced without permission.
